How do I place an order?

Placing an order at Prinket.com is very easy.   Simply select the products of your choice and complete the checkout process.   You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail once your order has been shipped. 

If you need assistance placing your order, you may e-mail us your order and order details (first & last name, phone number, e-mail and mailing address, item description and quantity) at [email protected] or via text / WhatsApp message at 787.475.3166 and we will help you placing your order!  

How much does it take to ship an order?

We typically process orders within 24-48 hours.   You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped along with a tracking number.

Where is your company based?

Prinket is a company based in Puerto Rico.   We ship to Puerto Rico, USA and internationally. 

Does your store has any locations?

At this moment we are only working through our online shop. 

I’m a local client, can I pick up my order at your location?

Yes, if you would like to place an order but would like to pick it up rather than having it shipped to you, please contact us at [email protected] or 787.475.3166 so we can coordinate the arrangements.   Please visit the Pickup and Delivery page for more details.  

Do you offer physical delivery? How does it work?

Yes, we do offer physical delivery of orders with certain restrictions.   We do physical delivery of orders at no extra cost, at specific pre-established locations at Metro Area.  This service is free of charge.  We do require a total minimum order of $25.00 before tax, in order to provide this service at no extra cost.,  Please contact us for more information at [email protected] or 787.475.3166.

What is your return policy?

We only allow returns for regular-priced products (not on sale) under the toys products category.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.  We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are only allowed within five (5) days within the receipt of your order.   For returns, please e-mail us to:  [email protected] **prior** to returning your item(s) to coordinate the returning of your item & refund. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

When returning items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  As soon as your item is shipped, please send an email notifying the shipment along with the tracking  number.  

Our policy lasts five (5) days.  If five (5) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Yes, we ship internationally.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, among others. For customers in Puerto Rico, we also accept ATH Móvil.  

What is your privacy policy?

At Prinket, your privacy and security is our number one priority.  All the information we collect either during the checkout or for the sign up of our newsletter is only used for internal purposes.   We do not sell or share information and/or e-mail addresses with other companies.   We send few newsletters or e-mails to notify you of sales or offers that may be of your interest.    You can unsubscribe at any time.
